The Company:
Our client is a rapidly expanding international software company. Due to expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the HR team in Mexico City and support the operations across the country and Latin America.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, located in the USA, you will be an integral part of a regional team in charge of attracting and hiring the industry’s best-talent, primarily in México, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia. Working from both the office a few days a week located in Reforma and home based ( hybrid work role).
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Playing as a fundamental piece in conducting the recruitment and offer process, and recommendations to the managers in hiring top talent.
Reviewing and obtaining approvals for job descriptions and supervising all the development of the job requirements.
Collaborating and providing data analytics to conduct recruitment strategies.
Prospecting passive candidates through search engines and social media, as needed.
Keeping constant communication with candidates, providing timely follow-up, feedback and correspondence as required, and ensuring their interest during the selection process.
Taking part in, and managing ongoing talent acquisition projects, from University hiring to sourcing strategies and technology upgrades.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related.
At least 5 years + of experience in recruitment supporting global companies, ideally in a rapidly growing high-tech (IT / Telecom) organization.
International recruitment experience across Latin America, with a demonstrated ability to effectively handle a full requisition load and balance multiple placement needs.
Prior experience recruiting sales, operations, or solution consulting roles for a software industry is a plus.
Business level English is required.
