Chronos Consulting’s client is one of the world’s leading innovators of smart devices,with operations in over +60 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Integrity Supervisor to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing
all aspects of asset integrity management within our organization. You possess a strong background in Asset Integrity, Corrosion Management, Risk Assessment, and Inspection programs. This is an office based role.
The Role:
Develop and implement asset integrity management strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of company assets.
Lead a team of asset integrity professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of asset integrity programs.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential threats to asset integrity.
Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset integrity best practices into maintenance and operations processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to asset integrity.
Manage inspection programs, including scheduling, execution, and documentation of inspections.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on asset integrity principles and best practices.
Participate in incident investigations related to asset integrity issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of asset integrity programs and initiatives.
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in offshore facilities in Asset Integrity Management, Corrosion Control, and Inspection programs.
5 + years experience in inspection site supervisor offshore operation
Familiar with Pressure Vessel Inspection in accordance with API 510, Piping Inspection in accordance with API 570, Coating/Painting inspection and Structural inspection and NDE Level 2 (VT, UTM, PT, MT) techniques of in-service inspection.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage a team of professionals
Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good command of English
