Our client is a fast-growing global leader in business solutions for administration and human capital management looking for an enthusiastic and proactive collaborator to join the team in Argentina as an EC Leader.
The Role:
Reporting to a Functional Manager, you support the clients in international projects and will be responsible for:
Contributing and leading efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, as well as ensuring his/her project team adheres to all standards.
Warranting proficiency and quality in the configuration, use, and deployment of corresponding modules in the project assigned.
Providing subject expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project.
Leading overall architecture definition, and deliverables planning for the project assigned.
Mentoring project resources.
Supporting and taking responsibility for the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams.
Reporting regular progress and issues to clients
Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
Documenting and analyzing business requirements and procedures.
Developing effective configuration solutions.
The Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT , or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in the IT industry. Knowledge in SAP HR or equivalent is a plus.
Certification in EC and LMS is necessary plus a certification in any of SuccessFactors modules (EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, or WFA).
Strong multitasking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate high professional standards as a Team Leader
Stakeholder management experience is required.
Intermediate level of English.
