Responsibilities:
Salesforce Sales-Cloud & Pardot system hands-on administration including tech support, users training, development of salesforce tools, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations
Increase Salesforce system usability
Support & develop commercial digital toolsCoordinate the evaluation, scope and implementation of new development requests. Work independently with the users on their requirements and document it
Lead IS projects; manage timelines and resources, meet due dates and communicate with business owners
Work closely with the commercial team to establish and improve work processes
Handle communication between company users and vendors
Work in a complaint and security-oriented environment, complying with SOX, HIPPA, GDPR and changes-control standards
Skills and Experience:
Sc. At Information Systems (or similar)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Salesforce.com administrator/Implementation Engineer in a global company
Salesforce.com certified Admin
Strong understanding of the Sales-Cloud platform, Pardot and Salesforce Community – functionality and best practices
The knowledge of building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, triggers, process builders, community platform
Apex knowledge – advantage
Strong data management abilities
Experience with BI tools (Qlik, Power BI) – advantage
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Good understanding of global-company business-processes
