Looking to hire Finance – Project Coordinator with office located in Metro Manila.
The Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, this professional will be responsible for:
Maintaining Project Library – including permission and version control.
Managing the site structure and access as a SharePoint Administrator.
Attending project meetings (internal, clients and suppliers) and track meeting minutes and actions
Updating Change register and Issue/risk register
Updating financial tracker with PO, invoice, timesheet, and expenses details.
Producing monthly KPI and weekly reports with inputs from different managers and departments.
Compiling submission to customer and support Deployment Manager on seeking customer sign off.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in a Project Management team, including management of finances in fast-paced and technology delivery project.
Working experience managing project forecasts (using Excel, SAP, Salesforce), tracking forecasts, actuals, performing variance analysis and reporting, and monthly EOM result reporting.
Experience in generating and processing Purchase Orders and Invoices and managing finance trackers including invoices, statements of work, contractor agreements and tracking progress payments.
Ability to engage with project teams, corporate finance stakeholders, the customer, and Contractors.
Desirable experience in FTTM, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and advanced MS Excel Skills and working knowledge of SAP.
