Our client is a fast-growing, global medical device company focusing on non-invasive treatments for some of the most challenging diseases for the past 2 decades.
The Sales Manager of Northern Germany has full responsibility for direct sales in the Northern half of Germany in addition to collaboration with partners in the territory. This is a full-time, home office based role.
Skills and Experience:
At least 10 years in sales of capital medical devices in Germany
Familiarity with Neurosurgery and/or Neurology market preferred
Confident negotiation, good attention to detail and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset
A result driven approach with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English and German
Taking ownership, using own initiative to continually grow the market
Ability to challenge status quo and bringing change to customers
Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a global company
Responsibilities:
Define annually the region’s business goals (orders and sales), per quarter
Build a pipeline of business opportunities for the rolling current and following years.
Develop the sales strategy
Regularly update the commercial reporting tools
Develop efficient working relationships with business partners to ensure overall account coordination
Work with marketing team and the product managers to define marketing plans for the region
Help customize the sales / marketing tools needed to convey our value proposition
Plans and conducts local marketing events and activities on his/her own supported by HQ
