Job Description:
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall retail experience.
Assist customers in understanding telecommunication products and services, including smartphones,
plans, and accessories.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and
initiatives.
Participate in sales activities, including product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer
acquisition.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts.
Monitor product availability, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics
partners.
Store Operations:
Learn about store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security
protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Team Leadership and Development:
Work closely with store managers and team leaders to support day-to-day operations and achieve
sales targets.
Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance.
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Business Development Initiatives:
Contribute to business development efforts, including customer retention programs and new market
expansions.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Telecommunications,
or related fields.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on challenges.
Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed in a retail environment.
