The Role:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will proactively be leading all aspects of HR to support managers and employees within Central America, the Caribbean, and the Andean region. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Understanding the business beyond the HR function and influencing the overall organization, to ensure superior operations & business outcomes.
Collaborating with managers to maximize people performance, and driving manager ownership and responsibility for all people-related topics.
Training, coaching, advising, and empowering managers to be best across selection, management, development, rewarding, and employee growth.
Helping the HR management team in defining the local People Plan, aligned with global priorities.
Ensuring 1st class in recruitment and selection process experience for all levels of positions for the organization.
Supporting the annual salary review including planning, revised estimate cycles for HR, and personal cost.
Communicating company policies in a timely manner in line with local requirements.
Working directly with managers to handle related employee matters according to employment legislation and management compliance.
Analyzing data, HR reporting, KPI’s and insights with key stakeholders to identify local internal and external HR trends.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years as an HR generalist/business partner in a multinational environment with experience working with managers and leaders, ideally for other countries.
Experience in briefing and partnering with external agencies for recruitment.
Proven success in supporting managers with executing HR policies & tools at the local level.
Managing employment relations cases and understanding of local and regional labor laws is a plus.
Knowledge of some ERP and HR systems is desired.
A great team player, proactive, empathetic, strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Advanced level of English is required.
25% travel within the region.
