The Company:
Our client is a rapidly expanding international software company. Due to expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the desire to learn and grow in Human Resources for this great opportunity based in Mexico City.
The Role:
As a fundamental piece of the regional team, the International HR Coordinator will interact with multi-site employees and work with managers in Mexico and USA, supporting HR activities and administrative procedures across Latam.
Reporting to the HR Manager, based in USA, will be responsible for:
Managing all aspects of the full cycle employee process (new hire orientation, payroll inputs, up to onboarding employee process)
Creating confirmation letters, job offers, and compliance documents.
Scheduling interviews, and executing administrative responsibilities related to invoices for payment and HR-related expenses.
Processing requests for employment verifications, coordinating background checks and maintaining/updating employee information in HRIS systems and personnel files.
Supporting the HR Business Partner with immigration administration tasks across the Region.
The Requirements:
Bachelors or Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 6 months of experience in an HR administrative role, within a fast-paced international environment is preferred.
Great communicator, with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrating expertise in prioritizing, multitasking, and performing activities with minimal supervision.
Capable of demonstrating discretion, judgment, diplomacy, and confidentiality with company and employee’s sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems is preferred (Workday).
Advanced level of English is mandatory.
