The Company:
Chronos Consulting’s client is a global food and beverage industry leader with a recognized worldwide’s brand. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join the team as a Distribution Partner Manager Costa Rica.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will identify business opportunities, develop and execute the commercial strategy through the Distribution Partner for Costa Rica guaranteeing maximum coverage and availability of our products in the local market. You will be responsible for:
Setting commercial tactical priorities according to key company initiatives.
Developing the annual business plans, based on organization necessities.
Managing the distributor budget, inventories, and acquisitions.
Working with systems to track, measure KPI’s, and monitor sales/POS progress.
Ensuring trade execution standards.
Leading and implementing the commercial strategy in Costa Rica for all key customers including pricing, business plan, trade execution standards, profitability targets and executing plans according to the client’s goals.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and key customers.
Increasing product distribution and availability in all channels.
Hitting profitability targets by planning sales forecast, preparing trade spend budget and developing plans for annual business and effective promotions.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in sales and distribution for the Consumer Goods industry. (Beverage industry experience is an advantage)
Solid business orientation, influencer, good strategic thinker with highly numerical and analytical skills.
Outgoing personality with an interest in sports and music is a plus
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Word & Excel is mandatory
Valid driver’s license is required and willingness to travel up to 30% within the country with the possibility of some international travel, in the future.
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication and interpersonal / relationship building skills.
