JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain and follow up the Business Implementation Plan
Coordinate all the training requirements, trainers, facilities, etc.
Ensure that the training delivered satisfies the business needs
Detect and follow up all the Organizational Changes due to the implementation of SAP. Ensure that the GAPs are addressed and closed
Monitor and create actions to ensure top management engagement, commitment and alignment in the project
Monitor and take actions to preserve the key resources in the project and company (talent and knowledge retention)
Monitor the project “organizational health” at all time and act promptly to maintain its health.
QUALIFICATIONS
Under graduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar studies
Previous experience with implementation, particularly SAP, desired
Organizational development experience, a plus
Capacity to mentor and coach others
A proven ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders to deliver world class outcomes
