JOB DESCRIPTION
The execution of the applicable tasks in the Business Implementation Plan
Monthly reporting to Divisional Change Manager on all regional project tasks
Coordinate the SAP steering Committee to ensure the business decisions and keep the business informed about the implementation issues
Planning and schedule all the implementation phases
Keep the teams committed and focused on the project implementation
Participate in scoping workshops
Participate in Systems Integration Testing
Running User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
The functional specifications for localisation
Data preparation
Post go live support including hypercare
Training delivery, as agreed by Region
Risk management
QUALIFICATIONS
Under graduate qualification in business, accountant, industrial engineering or similar studies. Business related Master Degree is highly regarded
At least ten years’ experience in managerial positions in a global environment and leading professional teams
Capacity to develop mentoring and coaching others
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Proven ability to work with professionals across countries and cultures
Knowledge of country legislation on Contracts, Tax and Customs is a prerequisite
A proven ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders to deliver world class outcomes
Full availability to travel abroad and capacity to adapt to different time zones
