Your role will include:
Working closely with the existing disciplines in Bristol and the national team to develop our client base
Win/manage/deliver a diverse portfolio of transportation projects – including projects in the existing pipeline
Lead and develop more junior staff
The attributes we expect you to bring to the role and company:
A proven Associate level with a reputable practice in the UK with experience in project and team management
Proven Marketing/Business development and leadership skills
Strong communication, analysis and technical design skills
Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Integrity and credibility. People want to work with you (customers and colleagues)

Relevant qualifications (transport planning or engineering) and professional memberships (CIHT, CILT)
A proactive, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
You will be responsible for delivering the following services:
Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans in line with current guidance
Liaison with statutory authorities, architects, the design team and contractors
Attendance at client, design and site meetings
Technical Assessment work; trip generation, distribution, assignment and traffic modelling, using current software
