Acquisitions Manager – Field Based
An opportunity has arisen for a field based Acquisitions Manager to join our clients team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying, securing and delivering new stores on a regional basis for all Group brands
• Preparation and delivery of Board papers to the senior management team following the identification of suitable opportunities –
• Liaising with solicitors to agree suitable lease terms and to deliver stores on a timely basis
• Identifying opportunities to acquire new businesses to add to the group portfolio.
• Presenting such opportunities to The Board and undertaking property due diligence
Ideal Candidate:
• Will have a proven track record of retail acquisitions
• Good negotiation skills
• Highly commercial with a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of businesses
• Previous experience in a retail environment (essential)
• Enjoys a hands on role
