- Outline growth plan for online subscriptions model General Management
- Define company team, roles and corresponding responsibilities
- Define annual and quarterly targets
- Manage and monitor performance with team continuously Partner Management
- Steer technology projects team in Romania with your CTO in line with overall growth and strategy targets.
- Manage external relations with stakeholders and leverage partners
Requirements
- Work experience 5-10 years
- Experience in leading teams effectively and efficiently across different countries
- High skillset in leadership and goal orientation
- Experience with B2B e-commerce & online sales desired
