Job Description
Our client is a medical device company pioneering noninvasive surgical treatments. This is a full time, direct hire role in their Miami office.
You will assist with development, execution, and performance evaluation of new partnerships, product offerings and R&D collaborations aimed at increasing market presence and driving revenue growth and investment. Equip the Strategic Innovation team with the business intelligence required for effective strategic planning for the short and long term.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in healthcare and/or medical device industry
Academic degree
Experience in financial modeling and healthcare economics
Expertise in value-based health care
Experience in working within a cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, IT, legal
Ability to work within teams and lead by influence in an organization with a global presence
Passion for taking the business to the next level
Use creative problem solving to ensure forward momentum on strategic projects
Can easily adapt to change or a shift in priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and present project plans and associated documentation
Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment
Partner with and engage cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion
Attend internal department meetings as needed to present project status and facilitate forward movement
Collect and collate input from key opinion leaders to inform our decision-making process on whether to pursue an application for continued research and future commercialization
Financial modeling of new business models, joint ventures, and product lines
Data analytics for market sizing to inform key business decisions including business partnership agreements, and reimbursement strategies
Preparation of presentations and customer meeting materials
