Job Description
For our Client, a multinational design and production company specialized in automotive fluid transfer solutions, we are looking for a Logistic Manager.
Responsibilities
Assures the management of finished products and products for the life of the series and derived versions, contributes to the industrialization of projects, contributes to the improvement of the industrial performance for the perimeter it manages;
Pilot and apply logistical changes as a result of product evolution, change in manufacturing cadence, quality problems, and the continuous improvement of the robustness of logistics processes;
Ensure consumption and supply of all non-production materials and all spare parts;
Ensure KPI’s logistics / logistics goals (Delivery performance, Inventory Turnover, ABC analysis, Freight In, Freight Out, Cost Analyse, Special Shipments, etc.);
It is responsible for creating and updating the packaging of finished products, as well as for the management of leased packages;
Develop on the evolution of standards and procedures and ensure that they are implemented by department staff;
Responsible for the relationship with the client – organization and maintenance of a link in the spirit of the logistic standards in force, solving the logistical incidents Company and related suppliers;
Responsible for the implementation and auditing of the FIFO in the department;
Responsible for ensuring internal and external logistics flows of the Company;
Responds to compliance with all policies within the company.

Technical Knowledge (LKPI’s), International Deliveries Regulations, ICOTERMS, Production Logistics, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Map, Supplier Logistics Manual, SUPER G, ABC Analysis, Stock Rotation);
Knowledge and application of the 8D Logistic and G8D methodology
