Supply Quality Manager
Location: Guangzhou, China

Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for a “Supply Quality Manager” based in Guangzhou/China.
Requirements
Graduated from Engineering Faculties (Mechanical Engineering),
Minimum 5 years experience as Quality Manager,
Good at spoken and written communication skills in English,
Detail knowlege of ISO/TS IATF 16949, ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards and applications,
Experience and knowledge in APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC is necessary,
Good command of MS Office applications,
Good communication skills, ability to perform team work, continual improvement focus is absolute must,
Analytical thinkerand able to resolve problems,
No travel restrictions, domestic and international.
Job Description
Realize all quality control processes, manage teams and production environments,
Take preventive measures to improve product quality in supplier,
Follow up all quality problems in supplier, prepare action plans and realize those plans in agreed time scale,
Via regular auditing of suppliers, to help form supplier base in line with company objectives,
Plan and apply activities of APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC,
Coordinate between units through documentation preparation, manage and follow,
To establish and continually develope quality systems, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001,
Manage all auditing activites in supplier. Plan and manage necessary actions as a follow up to audits,
Measure Supplier performance and prepare periodic report,
Prepare plans and apply from supplier code of conduct audit.
