Supply Operation Manager

The company maintains its leading position in the furniture accessory market with its product range over 2.400, manufactured with the technological equipment appropriate for the needs of the era and thanks to the experience of 43 years.
Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for a “Supply Operation Manager” based in Guangzhou/China.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant educational background (Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics),
Good at spoken and written communication skills in English,
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities,
Must be pro-active, self-starter and possess exceptional analytical skills,
Excellent knowledge of export and foreign trade legislation,
Good command of MS Office applications
Job Description:
Manage all export operaiton from supplier to customer,
Manage sample process between supplier and customer,
Coordinate export duties such as receive documents from supplier and deliver them to custom agency, track the custom process,
Organizing transportation and ensure delivery to customer on the time,
Prepare report regarding sales statistics, supplier and import operation,
Improve and develeop operaiton all process,
Resarch new suppliers,
Manage order processing system.
