Chronos Consulting’s client is one of the first pioneer furniture manufacturing company to implement real digital shifts by mainly selling products via the internet. With a huge presence all across North America, we are seeking a newly created position of IT eCommerce Analyst to join their international team.
Home-based opportunity and working with teams in Mexico, USA, and Canada. Business travel will be required when it is safe to travel again. Passport needed.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation and partnering with Marketing & Sales Leaders, who drive the online business. You will be responsible for:
Excelling in client-facing roles, setting, and managing client expectations.
Translating business requirements into technical objectives.
Communicating between all the involved areas to drive the successful delivery of the services and offers
Understanding and integrating cultural differences and leading virtual cross-cultural, cross-border and expanding global teams
Advising in Best Practices on eCommerce and CRM from both a business and technology standpoint.
The Requirements:
E-commerce expertise on B2C, B2B.
Strong knowledge in all SAP Hybrids “clouds”
CRM and online retail expertise.
Agile, scrum & sprints methodology hands-on experience.
Ability to work with 3rd party vendors.
Advanced English
