Senior Commercial Advisor
Location; KL Office
Minimum 10 years experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
Experience with Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements and Sales Agreements.
Experience with joint-venture management.
Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills.
University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law.
Experience with major oil and gas projects.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure interest are protected in commercial negotiations.
Review the commercial implications of business decisions.
Ensure compliance with all submissions required by PETRONAS.
Coordinate response to queries from PETRONAS.
Ensure Company is well-represented at industry and trade groups.
Assist the Manager, Commercial and JV Management with the annual budget for the department.
