Chronos Consulting’s client is a global food ingredients manufacturer.  This is an addition and a newly created role to the HR team to lead the talent search process for exempt, non-exempt in both Corporate & Plant environments.  This individual will thrive in a fast paced corporate,  entrepreneurial environment and will bring a passion for recruitment and performance management to the team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:  
Developing recruitment strategy to include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, employment marketing, and, talent / succession planning.
Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including assessments, interviews, administrative processes and offers. 
Assuring consistency and quality in the hiring process as well as driving the use of effective social media recruitment techniques
Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers through competitive intelligence, talent development and retention initiatives.
Implementing college recruiting programs as well as overseeing internal trainee program and representing the company at employment events.
Using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Strengthening relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies and  managing the procurement and measurement process.
University degree coupled with 5-7+ years in recruitment within the food, CPG, or Manufacturing industry.
Experience leading the full recruitment life cycle for exempt and non-exempt as well as internal and external hiring.  
Developed communication & influencing skills, as well as strong dedication and initiative with the ability to drive accountability and results. 
Ability to work with changing priorities and proven experience dealing with challenging recruitment situations
Strong implementation and project management skills
Strategic decision making skills, coupled with proven experience in stakeholder management
Knowledge and experience with HRIS system
