Summary

We are looking for an experienced, commercial, HR Manager to be based in our Cardiff Head Office. As HR Manager you will be working closely with the HR Director whilst being responsible for overlooking the HR Department and ensuring HR practices and policies are adhered to across the Group.

Job Purpose

·To implement the HR strategy across the Group of companies

·Plan and develop the HR function within the organisation

·Monitor performance against the HR strategy

·Provide effective day to day leadership of the HR Department

·To supervise the work of the HR team ensuring company policy and processes are followed at all times

·Ensure a successful, equitable recruitment process in line with the organisation's equality & diversity and recruitment & selection policies to attract, recruit and induct skilled and experienced staff

·To prepare for and attend Board Meetings as and when required

Candidate Profile

·Experience of working in a fast paced commercial business

·Experience of dealing with TUPE, mergers and/or acquisitions.

·Proven experience as an HR generalist at manager or senior advisor level.

·Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in all areas of human resource management.

·In depth knowledge of current UK employment law.

·Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

·Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word, and in-house systems.

·Travel to other offices in the UK will be required
