Channel and Solution Partner Manager EMEA - Customer Experience Analytics - Greater London

 

Our client is a pioneering leader in Customer Experience Analytics using machine learning, unique behavioral data and clear visualizations. They are looking for a Channel and Solution Partner Manager EMEA.
 
You will be responsible for onboarding, enabling and ensuring the success of Solution Partners who sell and provide service.
Responsibilities will focus on meeting revenue targets via channel partner relationships in a given region. Other contributions will include the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development, rollout and management of the region’s partner strategy. 
 
The Partner Manager must possess solid relationship management experience, sales and consulting experience and applicable technical product expertise.
 
Meet revenue quota targets via partnerships
Overall accountability for business relationships with Solution Partners (identification, engagement, negotiation, implementation, and management)
Train and support partners on products
Manage partners according to the partner program
Up-to-date understanding of market and eco-system
Provide high-quality and timely services to partner community
Prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity within a constantly evolving environment
Ownership of miscellaneous projects as needed
