Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Prospection of new customers, selling outsourcing and consulting services, proposal and contract management,

    customer / account management and development,

  • Cooperation with corporate clients providing them outsourcing solutions,

  • Analyzing and troubleshooting changes in performance to ensure maximum account retention,

  • Clarifying and negotiating terms and conditions of agreements,

  • Working closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to

identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project,

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales of outsourcing services – is a must,

  • Independence in conducting the sales process and knowledge of sales techniques,

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,

  • Creativity and dynamism in action,

  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
