Chronos Consulting's client is the leading global ingredient chocolate and cocoa manufacturer.
We are adding to the Customer Service team and you will be supporting  Food Manufacturing companies. You are a team player and responsible for supporting and providing dedicated service to your set of accounts. You will be a part of a dynamic, hands-on and dedicated Customer Service team to insure all department goals are met and all customers (internal and external) are provided the highest levels of support.
The Role:
Order related activities, including quotes, order entry, order status, inventory availability, pricing compliancy, accuracy of order delivery deadlines and complaint resolution.
Develop and build formal working relationships with all Key Functional areas (Sales, Supply Chain, Credit, Pricing, Transportation, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
Manage high-profile Food Manufacturing accounts that are complex in nature and are key growth partners for company success.
Active and On-going engagement with Supply Chain, facilitate communication and consensus regarding daily Order Fulfillment.
Special Projects as assigned.
The Requirements:
Bachelors or Associates degree coupled with 2 - 3 + years work experience in a Customer Service role ideally in a manufacturing environment ( Business to Business)
Strong at multitasking, detail orientated, concise, and ability to work closely with customers and internal departments.
     Solution focused, anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers through the commitment to continuous improvement.
Influence and persuades others and builds consensus through give-and-take to find a solution.
Responds appropriately to the needs of different people and departments in various situations.
     Holds self accountable for results.
