The Company:
 
Chronos Consulting's client is a global consumer goods company, currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales.
 
 
The Role:
 
Reporting to the Brazilian Country Manager and dotted line to the VP of Sales LATAM, you will create and define the strategy and implement the growth plans for all distribution channels in Brazil, with a focus on Modern Trade. You will be responsible for:
 
Playing a leadership role to create the overall Brazilian Customer Development Strategy and gain alignment with the Regional Customer Development team. 
 
Working closely with managers to build initiatives and tactics for achieving targets.
 
Driving the improvement in the quality of sales execution and effectiveness across Brazil  by defining appropriate KPI’s and key measures.
 
Supporting new releases with the commercial strategy to ensure success of the Brands/Categories. 
 
 
The Requirements:
 
Bachelor degree, coupled with 10 + years of sales experience in Modern Trade. MBA is desirable. 
 
Experienced at a Director level within a CPG operation unit or country
 
Successful track record in managing complexities of coordination process across LATAM region.
 
Ability to create future direction for the Sales Strategic agenda, drive alignment and implementation with key stakeholders across the business.
 
Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
 
Flexibility to travel as needed.
