Sales Manager Istanbul

Our client is one of the premier suppliers of industrial group and delivering the highest quality of products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for an; 'Sales Manager'.
University degree in Engineering or releated fields,
Proven track record in distribution management and sales/marketing operation,
Between 6 – 10 years sales experience in Industrial field,
At least 3 years of experience in business to business sales and customer relations management,
Proficiency in computer software and finance knowledge on income statement,
Knowledge of similar equipment is a plus,
Good Interpersonal and communication skills,
Good presentation and problem solving skills,
Good command on English language, both written and spoken,
Excel, Power Point and Lotus Notes shall be familiar,
Result oriented, customer focus and and good organizing skill.
Be accountable for Profit & Loss for the responsible division,
Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback,
Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities,
Develop an efficient and highly competent team and distributor resources and together with divisional resources build an organizational structure that can achieve sustainable growth over years,
Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order,
Cooperate with customer and distributors to collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values,
Cooperate with marketing team in marketing activities and market analysis,
Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdues,
Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers,
Develop an efficient and highly competent team,
Develop distributor network.
