Power Systems Planning & Monitoring
Private Sector Participation & Electricity Access
Legal & Regulatory

Tariffs & Power Economics
Environmental, Resettlement, Social and Gender Considerations
These positions will require periodic travel to in-country project sites as well as to client meetings in the US. 
Contract Length: Up to five (5) years
Key Responsibilities
Leading project teams in providing technical advisory services for the power sector while managing project staff
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of working experience in implementing energy projects, especially in electricity distribution, is desired
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a Master’s degree in engineering management, economics or other similar fields
Extensive knowledge of international best practices in power system planning, economics, business models, institutional assessment, contract procedures, project follow-up and risk management
Experience working and living in developing and / or post-conflict countries, with a preference for experience in the aforementioned countries
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities
