Channel Communications Manager India

 

Chronos Consulting's (www.chronosconsulting.com) client is searching forn a Marcom Manager
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
Devise and implement channel and end customer marketing strategy (commercial and defense & space) suited to the market conditions and objectives of the company.
Working collaboratively with sales, customer, and marketing leadership, create innovative channel marketing programs particularly designed toward identifying, prospecting, recruiting and closing end customers.
Develop focused messaging, product and distribution positioning, and a communications strategy to deliver effective channel demand generation and training tools.
 
Use marketing analytics and results measurement as a means to further accelerate marketing investment and demand generation with channel partners, including leveraging data driven external solutions, content management, and social selling opportunities.
Work closely with worldwide channel teams to drive consistency throughout regional channel teams, as well as customized approaches when necessary based on cultural differences.
 
Serve as communications focal for the country of location to coordinate holistic communications programs in support of the strategic plan
 
Qualifications
 
 
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Communications, Marketing or Business. MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience with 5 years channel marketing planning and execution, preferably in a global environment. Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to inform and influence stakeholders regarding appropriate communications channels and tactics to support business objectives
A self-starter who continuously seeks ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience in social media-related tools preferred
Experience in multimedia applications a plus
Salesforce.com, Marketo and/or Sitecore knowledge a plus
Previous experience in large complex organizations, ideally with aero industry before
Creative and strategic thinker and risk-taker
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to establish strong working relationships with key work partners
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience managing direct reports a plus.
