International Sales Manager, Brussels

 

Chronos Consulting's (www.chronosconsulting.com) client is one of the fastest growing quality dental implant manufacturers. They are looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager where you will be responsible for the international distributor network, both in revenue and business development. You will be supported by an Assistant for International Sales.

Responsibilities
• Managing international relations with existing global distributor markets with emphasis on EMEA
• Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring of annual targets and revenues
• Defining incentive and growth programs with international market
• Co-ordinating marketing, support and training & education programs between HQ and target market
• Acquisition of new target markets in close co-ordination with CEO
 
 
Requirements
• Outstanding sales skills with entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Min 3-5 years of experience in international sales management, ideally in the field of medical devices / dentistry 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and German (other languages an advantage)
• Excellent MS office knowledge.
• Self-driven, proactive and pragmatic, with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic
• Ability to travel at least 60% across EMEA
