International Sales Manager, Brussels


Chronos Consulting's ( client is one of the fastest growing quality dental implant manufacturers. They are looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager where you will be responsible for the international distributor network, both in revenue and business development. You will be supported by an Assistant for International Sales.
• Managing international relations with existing global distributor markets with emphasis on EMEA
• Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring of annual targets and revenues
• Defining incentive and growth programs with international market
• Co-ordinating marketing, support and training & education programs between HQ and target market
• Acquisition of new target markets in close co-ordination with CEO
• Outstanding sales skills with entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Min 3-5 years of experience in international sales management, ideally in the field of medical devices / dentistry 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and German (other languages an advantage)
• Excellent MS office knowledge.
• Self-driven, proactive and pragmatic, with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic
• Ability to travel at least 60% across EMEA
