Distribution Partner Manager Trinidad and Tobago

Seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to cover the Trinidad and Tobago market. You will represent the company in the region, developing annual business plans, driving company initiatives and tracking key performance indicators. 

The key responsibilities include: communicating strategic priorities, ensuring implementation of merchandising standards, developing systems to track and measure KPI execution, monitoring sales and progress against business plans and coaching partners to produce execution excellence.

The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing by building brand/size distribution and in-store marketing impact.
  • Focus is on Distributors, as well as priority national & local accounts in Retail.
  • Ensuring Distribution Partners fully understands and executes company merchandising standards, including product flow, SKU priorities, display merchandising, pricing and develop annual business plans with regards to organization requirements, distribution, volume, investments and KPIs. 

The Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, coupled with 5 + years managing distributors (food or beverage) and demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Strong communicator, motivator, hands -on leader.
  • Experience with basic administrative programs Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Driver’s License and able to travel in the region.
