About the company:

Chronos Consulting's client is a leading manufacturer of flexible, high-quality plastic and aluminum packaging. They are looking for an experienced individual contributor to generate sales in Germany and Benelux.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and strongly grow Sales in Germany/BeNeLux Market Area
  • Create new business with current and new customers
  • Create and execute Business plan
  • Accountable for the annual Sales budget
  • Accountable of pricing/margins/profitability and satisfaction of customers
  • Evaluation of competition
  • Develop and lead innovation processes with
  • Key accounts
  • Sales reporting and controlling and continuous pricing and working capital improvement initiatives

Skills needed

  • Language skills: Native/fluent German and fluent English
  • Packaging Industry experience more than 8 years including plastic packaging
  • Sales experience more than 5 years, successful track record in the food and/or non-food segments
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Job is highly independent and requires initiative & self-motivated person who is ready to roll up sleeves and take actions.
