Director of B2B Services Industrial Sector

 Chronos Consulting’s client is a leader in industrial services and they have ambitious goals for business growth in Canada. 
 
 We are seeking a seasoned leader to expand this business division across Canada. You will ideally possess experience offering B2B services into multiple industries. You will be responsible for client expansion and resource management. You will support a diverse range of industries including Chemical; Engineering; Government and Healthcare Infrastructure; Industrial Machinery; Manufacturing; Power, Energy, & Utilities (including renewable); and Pulp & Paper, to name a few. Experience managing a team of 200-300 employees coast to coast, and a P&L of $25-50M.
 
 The Role
 Reporting to the Director of North America, you will:
 Manage and expand the Canadian business, driving operational excellence, business development, service performance, and financial P&L
 Develop a business plan and implement new service offerings and technical requirements; drive strategic planning, client development, pricing structure, contract negotiations, and project resource allocation
 Achieve and exceed operational KPIs, budget, and revenue
  Direct the overall quality to ensure consistency and delivery of services to meet customer needs
 Coach and mentor the Canadian team and oversee change management initiatives
 Spearhead expansion through organic growth and strategic acquisition in the Canadian market
 
The Requirements
 
 
University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management, coupled with 10+ years of experience in an management function
  
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
Strong verbal and written communication; skillful negotiation ability and prove track record of coordinating and motiving teams in a results-oriented business environment
  
 Experience managing and driving employee Health & Safety initiatives
 Travel 25-50%
