Chronos Consulting’s client is a provider of Aerospace certifications and consulting services.
 
 
 
Due to expansion of this division, we are adding to the sales force. We are seeking a dynamic sales hunter to join a growing sales team for Aerospace auditing and certification services. You will conduct all sales activities within the assigned territory, working consultatively with customers to address business needs. This is a home based role with travel.
 
 
 
The Role
 
 
 
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing USA, you will:
 
 
 
Conduct sales activities within your assigned territory, offering auditing and certification products and solutions
 
 
 
Develop and implement business/marketing plan for expanding customer base; work within sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term overall account goals
 
 
 
Develop and maintain database of all qualified leads, maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities
 
 
 
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses; participate in and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients
 
 
 
The Requirements
 
 
 
Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, coupled with 5-10+ years of sales experience in a technical field
 
 
 
Aerospace inspection/certification knowledge or background preferred
 
 
 
Proven ability to close business deals and achieve sales quotes
 
 
 
Technical selling skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
 
 
 
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
 
 
 
Self-starter, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
