Business Development Manager, Azerbaijan

Our client is a leading brand of furniture accessories industry both in Turkey and the worldwide, with its active points of sale, which is more than 500 in the domestic market and export operations to 110 countries on five continents. The company maintains its leading position in the furniture accessory market with its product range over 2.400, manufactured with the technological equipment appropriate for the needs of the era and thanks to the experience of 43 years. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for a Business Development Manager based in Azerbaijan, who will also responsible for Georgia.
Manage sales activities for his area of responsibility considering customer, market, competition, product and channel business strategies,
Follow up customer needs, competitors and prices for responsible areas, be aware of new improvements,
Follow up customer’s sales activities, preparing and driving the action plan,
Develop customer relations and business strategies for achieving sales target,
Develop target based budget and performance focused management.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering departments,
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in similar roles,
Experience in similar industries (furniture fittings and metal connective components) or similar sectors (night & day furnitures, kitchen bathroom furnitures),
Experience preparing periodic sales reports,
Experience in Customer & Business Relations Management,
Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales target,
Excellent time-management and organizational skills,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Excellent MS Office skills (experience in ERP system is preferred),
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),
Supporting technical development,
No restriction to travel,
No military obligation for male candidates,
Being an active driver with B type driver’s license.
