Chronos Consulting’s client is a global provider of technology and services to telecom operators. We are seeking for a customer-focused individual to execute reactive and proactive maintenance activities to ensure the services provided to clients are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement.
The Role:
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will:
Manage deployment and technical support of network solutions on site, or remotely for telecom operators.
Administer incidents, problems, and improvements for the ongoing Service Level Agreement.
Collaborate with international teams to provide technical solutions.
Prioritize and resolve time critical deployment, and production issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal, and external clients.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree coupled with 4 + years of experience as a Field Support Engineer or Customer Service Engineer.
Experience with customer facing activities in an international environment, and skillful in customer support processes, tooling, and troubleshooting.
Background in Mobile and Telecom markets, and knowledgeable in TCP/IP networking, switching, routing, and Linux/Unix based systems.
Understating of load balancers and mobile web application a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
Home based role with 50% domestic travel.
Some international travel for training, and customer visits may be required.
