Country Sales Manager
In the role of the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing new direct sales and also work with distributors to maximize sales opportunities in this huge market. 3 Sales and Service Engineers will be reporting to you.
Direct sales and prospecting of customers, building a solid pipeline of leads and closing deals as well as indirect channel sales via distributor
Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring of annual targets and revenues
Co-ordinating marketing, support and training programs between HQ and China
Outstanding sales skills with entrepreneurial mindset and lots of energy and initiative
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field a major ADVANTAGE
Min 3-5 years of experience in sales management in the field of water treatment or filtration selling to power, energy and heavy industry a MUST
UV water treatment experience a major advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese a MUST
Excellent internet and MS office knowledge
Self-driven, proactive and pragmatic, with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic
Ability and eagerness for high travel activity within China
